Nothing too much trouble. Food is OUTSTANDING. Fabulous base for city trip in Chiang Mai. Even the Chiang Mai airport was not so far. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Kane Mochi that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
No negatives from this place.

A double bed was a bonus. 500 metres away from the hotel there is oishi japanese buffet, which is a good dining choice. It is close to the airport...

Located on the outskirts of the city, the hotel is still easy to reach from the airport and serves as a good base for those wanting to explore further. Several theme rooms are available, each with unique design features and neat lighting arrangements.
Some staff members may have difficulty speaking fluent English, which could lead to communication misunderstandings.

The hotel was very unique for a Thailand hotel. It's a theme park hotel that one would rather expect in "Universal Studios" or "Disney land". There are 11 different themes (e.g. Underwater, Jurassic Park or "mirror room") offered as regular rooms, suites and even 3 bedroom family suites. The staff was more than friendly and helped out wherever we wanted. They also give us a private tour over the (71 rooms) hotel complex to show us all the different themes so we could choose which one to take. It's a little outside the old city of chiang mai but easy accessible by public taxi (~ 10-20 THB / pers.) or by tuk tuk. They offer free shuttles to the bus and railway station as well as to the airport. To sum it up, the hotel is worth a stay.

I loved that I had a posibility to change my room every day and had unforgetable experience in diferent themes! Just imagine tonight you are staying in harem, tomorrow in a fairy tale, then merworld and so on! That was real adventure!!
I did not like that the rooms do not have windows. And that it is not in a down town, eventhough it takes just 10-15 minutes to get there.

Chose The Adventure because of its themed rooms - guests were allowed choose preferred theme, and changed rooms daily, subject to availability. The hotel may not be so new, but overall it is clean. They offer free airport transfer. After we checked in, they used a caddy to fetch us to our room. Nice gesture, as it was a hot afternoon, and we were tired from the flight. Breakfast sets - you can choose from 3 options - American, Continental or Asian. Reception staffs were friendly & quite helpful when we asked for tips about Chiang Mai's attractions.
The location is not near the city centre & quite a few tuk-tuks we flagged down didn't really know the place. Hence, it's hard to get to other places but the hotel does have a hotel taxi you can hire.

Themed rooms are good fun. We stayed in space, undersea world and jurassic. It was a bit of a hassle to change rooms every morning but worth it to see what else the hotel had to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tuk Tuks cost around 80-100Baht to get into town as it is around 15 minutes away but it's close to airport which is ideal. Definitely worth at least one night's stay to experience hotel!
Not that close to town but Tuk Tuks are cheap and easy to flag down!

The hotel had a unique concept with different theme rooms to choose from, which made it fun. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great perk.
The location was not ideal, as it was far from the main areas and we had trouble finding transportation. the breakfast was not very varied and the options were limited.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter and it was a fun experience. The rooms were creatively themed and unique. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the fact that it was included in the price. The restaurant had good food and was a nice convenience.
The location was not ideal, and it was difficult to find transportation. , while the rooms were fun, they lacked windows, making it feel a bit cramped.
